Curiosity Stream is rebooting history series Connections alongside UK-based producer Bigger Bang, with presenter James Burke returning four-and-a-half decades after it first launched. 　　First airing on the BBC in 1978, Connections became one of the most influential documentary series of all time with Burke taking a ‘connective’ look at history. It will see Burke take viewers on a journey of discovery through the interlocking threads of knowledge running through history, using state-of-the-art CGI and virtual reality. 　　Connections is executive produced by Iain Riddick for Bigger Bang and was commissioned by Rob Burk, head of content at Curiosity.
